Job summary

Summit Technology Group is seeking a Broadcast Integration Sales Specialist to drive sales and business development for broadcast integration services and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will understand broadcast engineering, studio design, and RF transmission systems, and will work with radio/TV station owners and engineers to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in broadcast technology sales, integration services, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of radio and TV broadcasting equipment, RF transmission systems, and studio automation.
Ability to translate technical concepts into sales opportunities and customer solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with broadcast manufacturers and vendors is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events; international travel a plus.
Proficiency with Google Workspaces, Zoho Books/Billing, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business in broadcast integration and services.
Identify and engage prospective clients, including radio/TV broadcasters and government agencies.
Build and maintain relationships, understanding clients' technical and operational challenges.
Present and promote Summit Technology Group’s integration services and solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to craft tailored proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
