Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in broadcast production, production technology, or live sports production.
• Experience researching, evaluating, piloting, and implementing new broadcast technologies and workflows.
• Experience developing new production concepts or technology-enabled content offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of priority broadcast innovation initiatives from concept to pilots and scalable production.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate strategy into localized, differentiated game broadcasts.
• Develop and manage local media production innovation roadmaps with clear KPIs.
• Evaluate pilot results and recommend scalability, localization, and cost implications.
• Build relationships across GPM and external partners to explore new capabilities.
