Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Remote Broadcast Engineer responsible for the setup and testing of broadcast equipment in the field. The Engineer will oversee all aspects of the broadcast-transmission equipment for live and pre-recorded events, manage maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.

Candidates should possess an Associate degree or equivalent and have at least six years of Broadcast Engineering experience. Proficiency with RTS Intercom systems and other broadcast technologies is vital.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years’ experience in Broadcast Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Company-provided hardware/software.
• Strong IT base related to broadcasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and operation of broadcast-transmission equipment.
• Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of remote broadcasting equipment.
• Collaborate with broadcast partners to distribute audio/video feeds.
