Job summary

Blue Ridge Communications TV-13 in Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Broadcast Technician to provide technical support for remote productions. Responsibilities include setting up and engineering audio consoles, broadcast video cameras/equipment, and delivering live-event support in our mobile production trucks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a degree in electronics or related work experience, and a valid PA driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
Degree in Electronics or equivalent related work experience
Established Residency in Pennsylvania
Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
Excellent Computer Skills
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
Repair and Maintenance Skills a plus
Ability to drive and engineer remote production trucks
Ability to work effectively and professionally with others
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to perform well under pressure
Ability to pass a Driver's Physical

Responsibilities

Set up and engineer audio consoles for live events
Engineer broadcast video cameras/equipment for productions
Provide technical support for live events in mobile production trucks
Possible other duties as needed
