Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales training or field marketing.
• Experience in retail sales and brand representation is preferred.
• Background in consumer electronics or home entertainment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• On-camera presence for product education is valued.

Responsibilities

• Train field teams, sales associates, and retail partners on products, features, benefits, and selling strategies.
• Develop engaging product training that's practical and easy to apply.
• Translate technical product info into simple, relatable stories for sales and customers.
• Serve as an on-camera spokesperson for product education and brand content.
• Create short and long-form video content: demos, explainers, social clips, and edu segments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure accurate messaging.
