2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager.

The role drives Samsung brand advocacy, merchandising excellence, and training to improve the shopper journey across multiple retail channels. You will visit stores, demonstrate products, and collaborate with store managers to meet KPI goals while traveling within the market.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned market, including occasional overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year for training or events.
• A valid REAL ID for domestic air travel and residing within the territory for efficient store visits.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy: act as Samsung ambassador and drive customer engagement.
• Schedule visits across multiple channel locations to optimize productivity.
• Follow store visit guidelines and maintain brand standards.
• Cluster routing to streamline travel and increase coverage.
• Demonstrate Samsung mobile products and ecosystem features.
• Train retail sales associates on products and sales techniques.
• Achieve KPIs and drive unit sell-out through field activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers for collaboration.
• Execute field initiatives with daily store visits across locations.
