Job summary

Pulse Advertising seeks an Account Manager to lead client partnerships for premier brands, coordinating influencer and social campaigns from briefing to delivery. You’ll own account health, manage cross-functional teams, and translate results into client-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or client services, ideally agency side.
• Experience owning client relationships and campaigns you have led.
• Fluent across major social platforms, including paid social.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort using AI to speed up research, drafting, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and accountability, running status calls and QBRs with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams.
• Own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope and spotting growth opportunities.
• Steer influencer campaigns from brief through negotiation, approvals, and go-live, on time and on budget.
• Oversee brand social activity including content, community management, events and shoots.
• Translate campaign results into insights and recommendations for next steps.
