Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Brand Design Lead to combine creative leadership with strong people and project management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and own the creative direction for all non-product touchpoints including marketing, web, social, 3D and event spaces.

You will drive projects from brief to release, set the creative vision, and ensure consistency across all brand expressions. Remote work option and a competitive education budget are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in visual or brand design with leadership experience.
• Proven people management including hiring, 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Strong portfolio with brand identity systems, campaigns, 3D and motion work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team of 8 across 3D, motion, graphic and web.
• Set goals, run reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans.
• Hire, onboard and retain top talent as the team grows.
• Define creative direction and own the brand identity system.
• Ensure premium brand expression across touchpoints (Instagram, tradeshow, web).
• Run creative reviews and act as final quality gatekeeper for materials.
• Integrate AI into workflows and build asset libraries.
