Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a remote Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of a digital-first organization in the DeFi space. You’ll produce high‑quality work across digital channels, events, and products, expanding reach from Web3 audiences into traditional financial markets.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll collaborate with the Brand Design Lead and Product Design Lead, own assets from concept to delivery, and leverage AI tools to stay ahead in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer.
• Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma with a portfolio showing digital and print work.
• Expertise in at least one: motion design, Framer, or illustration and iconography.
• Self-organizing with proactive attitude and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Clear, warm communication and openness to direction.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude and Firefly in daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Create social graphics, sales collateral, internal communications materials, and web content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce event materials including booth graphics, signage, printed collateral, and promotional assets for conferences.
• Support marketing tied to product launches, exchange integrations, and ecosystem events.
• Assist the Product Design Lead with product graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to maintain consistency across brand and product surfaces.
• Adapt and resize assets across multiple formats and platforms while exploring new tools and AI-driven workflows.
• Help build templates and systems that streamline recurring design work.
