Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Consultant specialized in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to optimize client operations remotely while staying connected to our Randburg hub. You will analyze, redesign, and implement efficient processes, driving changes across diverse client environments.

The role requires 4+ years in consulting or process improvement, with strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and excellent stakeholder facilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years in management consulting, business analysis or process improvement.
• Proven experience in business process re-engineering, analysis and redesign.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Map current state processes and design future state processes with best practices.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables for BPR initiatives.
• Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
