NeoWork is hiring a remote Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records for US-based clients from a home office.

You will record transactions, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close while following SOPs and communicating with U.S. teams.

Requirements include 2+ years’ bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks Online and/or Xero, strong detail orientation, and fluent written English; remote work from Colombia is supported.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles.
• Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams.

Aufgaben

• Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Review balance sheets and P&L statements to identify discrepancies
• Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports
• Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager
