Oliver & Spencer, PC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our CAS practice, preparing financial statements for diverse business clients and coordinating with our tax team.

You will handle monthly statements in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, post transactions, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining client files and responding to inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency withQuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly tax-basis financial statements for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
• Review, classify and post client transactions to general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries.
• Review balance sheets and P&L statements for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and unusual transactions.
• Communicate with clients to obtain records and resolve questions.
• Maintain organized electronic client files and documentation.
• Meet monthly reporting deadlines while managing multiple accounts.
• Multitask with accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate composure and professionalism under pressure.
