Responsabilidades

• Build the Adaptability model that retires the manual workbook.
• Lead the year-end audit from PBC list to signed opinion.
• Keep Florida unemployment and withholding accounts accurate.
• Reconcile the inventory ledger to a physical count.
• Flag variance as soon as it appears, not after quarter closes.
• Create close documentation that a new mid-level hire could follow blind.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding.
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions.
