DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Bookkeeper to support a U.S.-based client in the business consulting and services industry.

You will maintain accurate financial records, monitor projects, and provide critical reporting while thriving in a remote work environment. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 1–3 years of bookkeeping, strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and BigTime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in Salesforce and BigTime; monitor changes.
• Enter and reconcile vendor invoices, time entries, and expenses.
• Assist Accounts Payable, weekly credit card uploads, and monthly closing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to support reporting.
