Remote Careers is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Booking Agents. You will assist clients with reservation requests and coordinate bookings in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and enjoys travel planning, with excellent communication and time-management skills. Training and ongoing support are provided, along with a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer required.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with reservation requests and booking coordination
• Provide information regarding travel options, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
