Job summary

Longitude Rx is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist (BMT/CGT) to drive clinical workflow discovery and validation at customer sites. You will train staff and support go-live, serving as the clinical liaison between customers and our product and engineering teams in a fast-moving startup.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in BMT/CGT with experience across multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with EHR workflows (Epic Beacon CGT modules). Travel 2–3 times per week is required.

Qualifications

• PharmD with active license or RN with active license in the state of work.
• 3–5+ years direct clinical experience in BMT/CGT (CAR-T, gene therapy, transplant).
• Experience with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Knowledge of CGT patient journey, CRS/ICANS monitoring.
• EHR workflow build or configuration experience, Epic Beacon or CGT modules preferred.
• FACT accreditation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with 340B, REMS, CGT reimbursement and compliance preferred.
• Client-facing implementation or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical workflow discovery sessions with BMT/CGT teams during onboarding.
• Validate clinical workflows and documentation to support product development.
• Serve as clinical SME between customer sites and product/engineering teams.
• Translate site needs into clear requirements for internal teams.
• Train site staff (CGT coordinators, nurse navigators, pharmacists) prior to go-live.
• Support go-live and early post-launch stabilization.
• Identify workflow gaps and risks; propose improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive onboarding and adoption.
