Job summary

Open Sky Group, a global Blue Yonder supply chain specialist, seeks an Analyst to resolve incidents, monitor software/infrastructure, and provide timely client updates. The role is remote across the U.S. for the second shift (ET), roughly 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.

or 5:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m., with travel up to 10% for engagements and on-call rotations. Responsibilities include guiding teams to root causes, creating training materials, and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and customer-specific development.
• 3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder development tools, MOCA tracing and components, Microsoft SQL Server, Integrator, and Reporting.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Experience with SQL and writing complex queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Oracle Database is a plus.
• Experience with Körber WMS, in addition to Blue Yonder WMS, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify issues, guide the team to the root cause, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.
• Work independently with customers, users, and internal and external functional and technical resources to define concepts and solutions.
• Determine the root cause of issues, document resolutions for future review, and provide training materials.
• Provide clear and concise documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
• Monitor the incident queue and resolve incidents.
• Act as an escalation point (on-call) for nights and weekends.
• Continue to learn new skills and stay current with the technology used in the industry.
