Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Blockchain Security Auditor to join a globally distributed team. You will conduct audits of smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable remediation guidance.

This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to critical security across crypto projects. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in cybersecurity with a strong blockchain security

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in cybersecurity with blockchain security focus.
Proven track record finding vulnerabilities in smart contracts and blockchain systems.
Proficiency in analyzing code for security flaws and understanding exploit patterns.
Knowledge of cryptographic principles and distributed ledger technologies.
Familiarity with security analysis tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with ability to articulate security issues clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive security audits of smart contracts in Solidity and other languages.
Identify vulnerabilities, bugs, and exploits in blockchain protocols and dApps.
Provide detailed reports with actionable remediation recommendations to developers.
Develop and maintain automated tools/scripts for security analysis and testing.
Stay informed about latest threats, attack vectors and best practices in blockchain security.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve security standards and processes for blockchain development.
