Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in blockchain development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or JavaScript for blockchain development.
• Experience with smart contract development, auditing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot).
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and backend services.
• Integrate blockchain technology with existing systems and third-party applications.
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices for security and performance.
• Optimize blockchain solutions for scalability, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
