You can work remotely with occasional travel nationwide; strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential to expand consumer education, partnerships, and patient support programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in social media selling, networking, advertising, customer service or advocacy.
• 6+ months presenting information to groups and answering questions in meetings or events.
• Intermediate knowledge of Hemophilia/Bleeding Disorder concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain consumer relationships with proactive outreach.
• Participate in local and regional events to educate and recruit patients.
• Distribute educational materials and resources such as Welcome packets and brochures.
• Provide telephonic, electronic, or in-person support to consumers and patients.
