Ethos is a remote, part-time engagement seeking experienced business operations leads to help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Flexible, 5-20 hours per week.

You will craft and refine board decks and executive communications, leveraging expert PowerPoint skills and meticulous written storytelling to support C-suite stakeholders. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a business operations lead supporting C-level executives
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Support core workflows: board meeting decks, executive materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting
• Collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality visual storytelling and clarity
