Knoetic is hiring a BizOps Associate to support and drive critical company initiatives across GTM, product, community, and recruiting. The role is deeply collaborative, hands-on, and requires a fast learner who can run cross-functional projects with ownership.

You will work directly with leadership, partner across teams, and help scale a high-growth startup through pragmatic experiments and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of top performer experience in startup, consulting, banking or sales environments.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and rapid experimentation.
• Strong proficiency with data, spreadsheets and product analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute cross-functional initiatives spanning GTM, product, content and customer success.
• Partner with leadership to drive company initiatives and operational excellence.
• Own hands-on projects from ideation to delivery with strong ownership.
• Help scale a high-growth startup through efficient processes and playbooks.
