Job summary

EF is seeking a Growth Operations generalist to join our fast-moving team and work closely with the Founder and Head of Growth to scale non-technical functions for Spot.

You will help drive revenue initiatives, build GTM motions, craft demos, and oversee partnerships while shaping internal processes and client engagement. The role offers flexibility and a collaborative environment in the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations, growth, or strategy.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems creatively in a startup/healthcare context.
• Proven ability to contribute to product initiatives and own initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong communication, research, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Thrives in ambiguity and stays highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Work on revenue-generating projects (SEO, socials, conferences, etc).
• Help build and scale our sales funnel/GTM motions.
• Prepare product demos and presentations for stakeholders.
• Oversee partnership integration projects and onboarding.
• Research one-off tasks and create internal processes.
• Onboard new clients and drive engagement.
• Assist with patient (test-taker) support as needed.
