Job summary

LabConnect, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Biospecimen Project Manager to oversee sample receipt, analysis, and final disposition while ensuring accurate metadata and transferring analytical data to clinical repositories.

Key responsibilities include managing the biospecimen lifecycle, creating compliant project plans, and coordinating with clients per SOPs and policies. A 3–5 year background in life sciences or related field, plus Excel and LIMS experience, is required.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in life sciences or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with LIMS for biospecimen management.
• Understanding of ICH, GCP, GLP and local regulations.
• Experience in clinical development or biospecimen lifecycle management; PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biospecimen lifecycle from sample receipt to analysis and final disposition.
• Ensure accurate specimen metadata and data transfer to clinical repositories.
• Create and manage project plans in line with SOPs and client policies.
