Job summary

Harvard University’s HIDIVE Lab in Biomedical Informatics seeks a Software Developer with 1–3 years of experience to own production software and contribute to AI-enabled data portals for biomedical research. You will build web-based tools for discovery and visualization, and integrate APIs.

Collaborate with researchers to translate scientific needs into features, contribute to open-source projects, and gain exposure to cutting-edge NLP-driven metadata exploration.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with automated testing and version control.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker.
