Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional to lead due diligence and onboarding of fintech partners for a 6-month contract with a path to permanent, remote across the US.

You will manage risks in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, and third-party relationships, engaging with sponsor or BaaS banks and fintech partners to ensure robust compliance controls. Excellent communication across fintech and banking domains is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive risk and compliance experience across BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, third‑party risk and operations.
• Experience onboarding or assessing fintech partners at sponsor or BaaS banks, or managing that process from the fintech side.
• Ability to lead substantive BSA/AML discussions and challenge mature as well as emerging programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and onboarding processes for fintech partners.
• Coordinate with banking and fintech teams to align risk frameworks.
• Communicate effectively in fintech and banking languages.
• Drive risk assessments and sponsor onboarding across the program.
