Qualifications

• Experience in BIM/VDC role supporting engineering, design or construction projects.
• Strong experience with process piping systems and model coordination.
• Proficiency with BIM modeling and coordination software.
• Experience performing clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and design deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM/VDC models for process piping and related systems.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination between engineering, design, and construction teams.
• Participate in clash detection, model review, and constructability analysis.
• Ensure models and deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Generate and maintain project documentation and model-based deliverables.
• Support BIM execution and coordination processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, modeling standards, and project efficiency.
