Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a BIM/VDC Piping Project Lead to model systems, coordinate across projects, and ensure timely delivery of shop drawings supporting fabrication and installation. You will supervise 3D modeling and collaboration with operations teams to optimize value.

You will work with BIM/VDC leadership to refine processes, maintain quality, and drive coordination across disciplines while traveling up to 5% of the time. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 4–7 years of experience in BIM MEP processes.
• Advanced building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge.
• Advanced software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Fabrication, Bluebeam) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand specifications and contract documents and establish a project plan.
• Produce annotated installation and layout drawings with BIM tools.
• Identify routing efficiencies to maximize BIM value on projects.
• Oversee model and drawing management through project lifecycle.
