Job summary

ENG is seeking a Job Captain to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams on complex architectural and engineering projects. You will supervise modelers, ensure standards and timelines are met, and coordinate with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has advanced modeling capabilities, experience overseeing documentation workflows, and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of English, spoken and written.
• Solid HVAC and plumbing modeling in Revit for commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential.
• Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks; BIM coordination, QAQC, and model accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering (architects with MEP coordination experience considered).
• +5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.
• Skilled in QAQC with proactive issue avoidance.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project scope, setup, standards and docs.
• Experience managing budgets and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects.
• Mentor modelers and ensure adherence to standards and project timelines.
• Identify missing or conflicting information; manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently.
• Conduct in-depth QAQC reviews across assigned disciplines.
