Job summary

MasTec's NV2A division in South Florida is seeking a BIM Manager to lead modeling, documentation and coordination across disciplines on complex projects.

You will manage a team of designers and production professionals, drive REVIT and Navisworks workflows, perform clash detection, and ensure constructible construction documents.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration with the AE group, adherence to company standards, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree and 4+ years of professional experience.
• 4 years with Autodesk products: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Experience on mission-critical or data center projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documents for multiple disciplines.
• Lead BIM model management and coordination meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise modeling and documentation tasks.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Provide BIM/CAD support and training to staff.
• Ensure adherence to MasTec/NV2A BIM standards.
