Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of design and modeling experience using BIM software.
• US experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with construction industry practices and standards.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and model mechanical systems using BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD MEP).
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate mechanical systems into designs.
• Create construction documents and specifications for mechanical systems (equipment schedules, duct layouts, piping diagrams).
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure performance, safety, and code compliance.
• Perform clash detection and propose design modifications as needed.
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D models from BIM software.
