The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in BIM software and team management, capable of transforming ambiguity into structured workflows while leveraging communication and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading IT teams in a complex environment.
• Experience building and using performance metrics for improvements.
• Strong communication style and capable of managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation function end-to-end.
• Manage a team of Implementation Leads and Specialists.
• Create dashboards for monitoring team performance.
• Drive standardization in project execution.
• Liaise with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
