Job summary

Bowman is hiring a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. You will support and advance design technology, lead MEP BIM standards, and collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure high-quality BIM delivery.

You will mentor staff in advanced BIM modeling techniques, administer software, and drive continuous improvement of templates and workflows in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM360 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, maintenance, training, and support for design tech tools.
• Lead development of MEP BIM standards and automation tools.
• Mentor engineers on BIM workflows and best practices.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet BIM goals and BEP requirements.
• Administer software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM360.
