Tempus, a leader in precision medicine, seeks a Billing Support Specialist to be the primary contact for billing questions from patients, clients and payors. You will communicate estimated out-of-pocket costs, assist with options, and track billing status while ensuring accuracy in Ambry/Tempus systems.

The role requires knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, strong telephone and written communication, and the ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, insurance plans & processes.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills with ability to work in a team and handle workload with minimal supervision.
