Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Remote Analyst to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinating no-fault and liability benefits to maximize hospital reimbursements.

You will handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, maintain accurate records, and work with AcciClaim and SharePoint tools. A professional office background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing is preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
