Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire (company-paid).
• 1–2 years hospital billing experience.
• Experience in hospital operations, compliance and provider relations preferred.
• Epic experience required.
• Medicare/Medicaid/HMO and managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing and ensure procedures are billed according to contracts.
• Review and update client statements as necessary.
• Print and mail all paper and secondary claims.
• Scan documents to patient accounts.
• Review correspondence and follow up as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
