Job summary

Coral Connect, LLC is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage the timely preparation, review, and submission of medical and pharmacy claims across infusion centers, specialty pharmacy, and home infusion services. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials while ensuring compliance with payer requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of HCPCS/J-Codes/CPT and ICD-10, and proficiency with EMR and billing software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare billing experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer billing preferred.
• Knowledge of HCPCS, J-Codes, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and payer billing requirements.
• Familiarity with EMR, practice management, and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit professional, facility, infusion, and pharmacy claims.
• Verify all required documentation, authorizations, and charges prior to submission.
• Monitor claim transmissions and resolve rejections promptly.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with intake, authorization, cash posting, and AR teams.
• Support process improvements and revenue integrity initiatives.
