Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years medical billing or collections experience; complex E&M and procedures experience.
• Ability to obtain authorizations via phone or other channels.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve complex coding/billing edits across services.
• Perform charge entry and monthly reconciliation for multiple sites.
• Provide guidance to billing staff and escalates denials as needed.
• Communicate with clinics and patients about balances and authorizations.
• Collaborate with FERC team leads and auditors on process improvements.
