Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join the Billing team, with remote work options in the United States. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, communication with service providers, and timely processing for our unprocessed invoices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using computers and office equipment for data entry, faxing, emailing, and document copying.
• VMRS coding and billing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit reviews to ensure no discrepancies and verify customer approval limits.
• Drag and drop invoices into appropriate events within the system.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices, and audit invoices for correct billing.
• Respond to Purchase Order (PO) inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties within Billing.
