Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our Billing team in Cherryville, NC or remote. This role ensures accurate billing processes and clear communication with service providers and team members.

You will code, audit, and process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support timely billing operations for the Cox Fleet. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and VMRS coding experience is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• VMRS coding and billing experience is a plus.
• Experience using computers and office equipment for data entry, faxing, emailing, and document copying.

Responsabilidades

• Audit reviews the invoice to verify approvals and detect discrepancies.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices and audit for correct billing.
• Undertake additional duties within the Billing department.
