OU Health is seeking a Professional Billing Specialist – Follow Up and Denials in the Revenue Integrity department to manage claim follow-ups and routine submissions in Epic.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of medical insurance/billing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding plus payer rules. This full-time role offers a competitive wages and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative academic medical environment.

Formación

• Entry-level/1 year of medical insurance billing experience required.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and EOB processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit professional claims and correct routine rejections.
• Work assigned billing and follow-up queues in Epic.
• Apply knowledge of CPT/ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules.
• Meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
