Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Great Plains is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial records, including bank statements, AP/AR, and GL accounts.
• Identify and resolve basic discrepancies in financial data.
• Data entry and accuracy of financial transactions with organized records.
• Assist in preparing standard financial reports and summaries.
