Digitech Computer is seeking a Patient Call Center Specialist to work remotely full time. The role involves handling patient calls about ambulance bills, discussing payment options, and processing payments over the phone in a fast-paced remote call center.

The ideal candidate has call center experience, knowledge of health insurance concepts (copays, deductibles, EOBs), and demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and accountability while meeting daily quotas.

Qualifications

• Experience handling patient invoicing from the provider side.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with high call volumes and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment.
• Discuss payment options and health insurance information with patients.
• Provide accurate information and resolve questions with empathy.
• Route calls to appropriate billing departments as needed.
• Follow through with requests, contacting other parties when required.
