Job summary

Scale to Win is a fully remote, politically progressive tech company seeking a Manager of Billing Operations to oversee billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable. The role collaborates with CX, Sales, and Accounting to streamline collections and improve cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will drive end-to-end billing processes, manage proactive collections, and participate in cross-functional projects to simplify policies and reduce support inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or corporate collections.
• Strong communication skills with direct customer outreach for collections.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, CX, and Accounting to resolve billing challenges.
• Systems-thinking mindset to streamline workflows and fix repetitive issues.
• Familiarity with GAAP principles related to A/R and bad debt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing Execution — oversee recurring and usage-based billing workflows.
• Generate invoices weekly, ad-hoc, and for special contractual setups.
• Monitor billing controls for accuracy in prorating and usage.
