Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Billing Associate Specialist for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on accurate client billing, contract-based procedures, and timely communication with hospitals and physician groups.

You will support paper and electronic claims, review documents, and maintain patient accounts while complying with regulatory standards. Remote work is available, with potential onsite travel to client locations as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' hospital billing experience.
• Experience in hospital operations, compliance and provider relations.
• Insurance follow-up experience.
• Home health care billing experience.
• Epic software experience.
• Medicare, Medicaid, HMO and managed care experience.
• Dorothy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing and ensure procedures are billed per contracts.
• Review statements, print/mail all paper and secondary claims, and follow up as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
