Job summary

HKS Dallas is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team. This remote-friendly role supports project teams by entering and maintaining contract data in the accounting system and generating client invoices monthly.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, and Legal, review WIP, ensure compliance with client agreements, and help improve billing processes. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of billing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or project-based billing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with project accounting and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support billing for multiple project managers with timely invoicing.
• Enter and maintain project information in the accounting system.
• Review WIP and ensure invoices align with contract terms.
• Process collections and respond to billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance, project management, and legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
