Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders using established schedules.
• Post incoming payments and research unapplied or duplicate transactions.
• Review account activity to identify balance questions and missing payment details.
• Respond to customer and agency inquiries about invoices, due dates, and statements.
• Prepare clear account notes and route complex balance issues to senior teammates.
• Maintain secure digital files for payment records, correspondence, and account updates.
