Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant II for a remote US-based contract role. You will act as the primary technical contact for external clients, specializing in digital advertising and advanced troubleshooting.

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences and guide clients through implementation and optimization of advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Digital Advertising or Technology industries.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across advertising ecosystems (APIs, SDKs, pixels).
• Strong written/spoken communication, able to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for external clients and internal partners.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting across advertising and measurement solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ads measurement, delivery tooling, and auctions.
• Investigate escalations using logs, data analysis, and API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes.
• Advise clients on best practices for implementing and maintaining advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and account management to address client needs.
• Translate technical topics into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Document recurring issues and solutions for internal knowledge bases.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and/or Portuguese with clients as needed.
• Stay updated on evolving advertising technologies and trends.
