We are hiring for the role of: Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Note: If you live in CT or NJ near our offices, you may be required to come in when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling
• Document and update customer records
• Maintain knowledge of products and services
• Implement creative problem-solving to increase customer retention
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a call center
• Experience supporting luxury brands and home appliances
• Positive, professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• High school diploma required; college preferred
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting consumer products/services

Training

• Product training on our client's range of products
• Systems training on CRM and ACD tools
• Remote training via Zoom
• 100% attendance required
