Spark is seeking a licensed bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to Spanish-speaking and bilingual K-12 students in Texas partner districts. You will evaluate and treat in English and Spanish, aligned with IEPs, IDEA, and TEA standards.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, Texas license, CCC-SLP, and preference for SBEC certification. Remote work with a flexible schedule and year-round contracts offered.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Texas SLP license.
• CCC-SLP credential required or in process where applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required for service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual bilingual speech and language evaluations, including FIE components.
• Use linguistically appropriate and culturally valid assessment tools.
• Interpret evaluation data and present findings at ARD meetings.
• Prepare legally compliant, culturally informed reports.
• Provide direct speech-language services in Spanish and/or English per IEPs.
• Develop measurable, functional IEP goals reflecting bilingual communication goals.
• Track progress and adjust interventions using data-informed practices.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers; participate in ARD meetings.
• Maintain documentation and service logs per district/state timelines.
• Ensure services comply with ASHA, TEA, and TDLR requirements.
• Use secure FERPA-compliant platforms for therapy and documentation.
• Maintain timely service records and progress updates; stay current on best practices.
